摘　　要：文章从鄂西生态文化旅游圈的政策背景和实践需求出发,认为加快构建市场化生态补偿机制对于该区域经济与生态绿色协调可持续发展具有重要意义。文章较全面总结了鄂西生态圈开展生态补偿制度的现状,结合区域经济发展与生态保护实践,从补偿利益相关者、补偿标准和补偿途径三个方面初步构建了鄂西生态圈的市场化生态补偿机制,并提出了相应政策建议。文章认为建立市场化生态保护补偿机制,是实现区域内经济发展与生态保护持续改进的重要途径。Based on the policy background and practice of the eco-cultural tourism circle in Western Hubei,this paper holds that the construction of market-oriented ecological compensation mechanism is of great significance to the coordinated development of the regional economy and ecology.This paper comprehensively summarizes practical experience of developing ecological compensation system in Western Hubei ecosphere.The market-oriented ecological compensation mechanism of Western Hubei ecosphere is constructed from three aspects of compensation subject,compensation standard and compensation approach.The article puts forward corresponding supporting measures and suggestions.
