摘　　要：“十四五”期间我国碳市场将扩大到石油化工企业,黑龙江省石油化工企业能源消耗量较大,是温室气体排放的主要贡献企业,尽快开展石油化工企业温室气体排放核查工作,具有十分重要的意义。笔者对黑龙江省石油化工企业进行了调研,并对企业温室气体排放核算进行了摸底和试算,在实际工作中遇到了一些问题并探索了一些解决方法,希望可以对石油化工企业在温室气体核算中起到借鉴作用。During the 14th Five Year Plan period,China's carbon market will be expanded to oil processing enterprises,the petrochemical enterprises in Heilongjiang Province consume a large amount of energy and are the main contributors to greenhouse gas emissions,it is great significance to carry out the verification of greenhouse gas emissions in petrochemical enterprises as soon as possible.The author has carried on the investigation to the Heilongjiang Province petrochemical enterprise,and has carried on the thorough investigation and the trial calculation to the enterprise greenhouse gas emission accounting,we has encountered some problems in the actual work and has explored some solutions,and hoping to have the reference function to the petrochemical enterprise in the greenhouse gas accounting.
