新时期要继续深化对新自由主义的批判——兼论新自由主义的来龙去脉和本质特点

摘　　要：新自由主义是以亚当·斯密为代表的自私人自由放任主义为理论底色的、通过极化形式表现的、主要为西方垄断资本主义转嫁危机和实现全球扩张服务的一种社会思潮和国际战略。不过,近40年来的历史已经证明,信奉新自由主义的理论和策略,必然造成灾难。其原因在于,它是一种逆社会化潮流的发展陷阱理论。中国特色社会主义道路的胜利开辟,其中一条重要经验就是与新自由主义的中国表现:与资产阶级自由化进行了坚决斗争。现在这一斗争仍在进行之中。夺取这一斗争的决定性胜利,还将是新时代中国特色社会主义获得根本成功的一个关键所在。因此,我们必须以高度的理性自觉,将这一斗争进行到底。Neoliberalism is a social trend of thought and an international strategy represented by Adam Smith,which is based on the theory of private laissez-faire and expressed in the form of polarization,mainly serving for the western monopoly capitalism to transfer crisis and realize global expansion.However,nearly 40 years of history have witnessed that embracing neoliberal theory and strategy is a recipe for disaster,which is caused by a development trap theory against the trend of socialization.One of the most important experiences in the successful opening of the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the resolute struggle against the Chinese manifestation of neoliberalism:the liberalization of the capitalist class.The struggle is still going on.A decisive victory in this struggle will also be a key to the fundamental success of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Therefore,it is necessary to carry on this struggle to the end with a high degree of rational consciousness.
