浅述水溶性Cu卟啉配合物体外抗肿瘤活性研究

摘  要:恶性肿瘤的治疗是当下研究热点,水溶性Cu卟啉配合物具有较好的生物活性可作为新一类抗癌药物引起人们的广泛关注。本文首先介绍了近些年水溶性卟啉化合物抗肿瘤研究概况,其次总结了本组设计合成的含有酰腙、席夫碱类水溶性Cu卟啉配合物。并通过流式细胞术测试周期法研究了对癌细胞的作用机制,研究结果表明这两类基团具有较好的抗癌活性,这为水溶性卟啉化合物在医学和生命科学方面的发展提供一定的研究基础。The treatment of malignant tumors is a hot topic at current research.Water-soluble Cu porphyrin complexes,which can be used as new classes of anti-cancer drugs have caused widespread concern.The antitumor research of water-soluble porphyrin compounds in recent years was firstly introduced,and then the water-soluble Cu porphyrin complexes containing acylhydrazone and Schiff base were summarized.The flow cytometer test cycle method was used to study the mechanism of action on cancer cells.The results showed that these two types of groups had good anticancer activity,and their anticancer activity was significantly improved.This provides a certain research basis for the development of water-soluble porphyrin compounds in medicine and life sciences.
