摘 要:椰子是热带地区常见的水果之一,在我国海南广泛种植。每年大量椰子果皮除一小部分用于生产低附加值产品外,其余大部分均得不到合理的开发与利用。此举既污染了生态环境,又是对生物质资源的浪费。近年来,利用椰子废弃物开发具有高附加值产品的研究工作,已受到国内外研究人员的广泛关注。本文综述了椰子果皮中主要组成部分的高值化研究现状及发展趋势,并进一步阐明了当前高附加值工业转化所面临的主要限制因素及相应的解决策略。Coconut is one type of the common fruits in tropical area,which is widely cultivated in Hainan,China.Annually,a large amount of waste husk could not be well developed and utilized except a small portion of it converting to low value-added products.This not only pollutes the ecological environment,but also dissipates the biomass resources.In recent years,the related research work on development of high value-added products from coconut wastes has attracted extensive attention from the researchers both at home and abroad.The status of higher value utilization of the key constituents from coconut husk and their development trends were reviewed.Meanwhile,the main restraining factors as well as the corresponding resolution strategies were also clarified for the current high value-added industrial conversion of coconut waste resource.
