摘  要:以二乙二醇丁醚(DGBE)为研究对象,采用生化呼吸曲线法初步考察DGBE对微生物活性的影响,之后通过烧杯实验判断好氧活性污泥法对DGBE的降解能力,并通过SBR反应器多批进水后,考察连续运行条件下DGBE的降解效果。通过生化呼吸曲线看出,一定浓度的DGBE在短时间内对微生物没有明显的抑制作用。好氧活性污泥法对DGBE有一定的降解效果,但容积负荷和去除率较低,在运行一段时间后出现了出水浑浊和MLSS降低等问题。Taking diethylene glycol butyl ether(DGBE)as the research object,the effect of DGBE on microbial activity was preliminarily investigated by biochemical respiration curve method.The capacity of aerobic activated sludge to degrade DGBE was determined by beaker experiment and the degradation effect of DGBE under continuous operation was investigated after multiple batches of water were fed into SBR reactor.It can be seen from the biochemical respiration curve that DGBE of certain concentration had no obvious inhibitory effect on microorganisms in a short time.Aerobic activated sludge method had a certain degradation effect on DGBE,but the volume load and removal rate were low.After running for a period of time,problems such as water turbidity and MLSS reduction appeared.
