摘 要:镍基催化剂在甲烷二氧化碳重整反应中是非常有应用前景的,但反应转化率和选择性不高。本研究选取了MgO修饰的Al2O3作为催化剂载体,考察Pt作为金属助剂对镍基催化剂在甲烷干气重整反应中的性能影响。结果表明,当贵金属助剂Pt的添加量为1%时,催化剂在重整反应中的活性好,若Pt含量增加到2%转化率反而降低。本研究对甲烷干气重整反应的催化剂工业化有积极的影响。The nickel catalyst was one of the most promising materials for the methane dry reforming.Considering that the activities and selectivities were both not satisfying,our research is aimed to improve the performance of the nickel catalysts.The MgO decorated Al2O3 was selected to be the support of the catalysts and the platinum was added into the catalysts as the promoter.The results showed that the activity was at peak performance when the amount of platinum was 1%wt,but it declined when the quantity of platinum was up to 2%wt.This study has positive impacts on the industrialization of catalysts for methane dry gas reforming.
