摘 要:为提升棉织物的拒水拒油性能,以LMA和MMA为核单体,以G04、KH-151和LMA为壳单体,采用无皂乳液聚合技术制备出了核壳型含氟硅丙烯酸酯乳液。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、热重分析(TGA)和扫描电镜(SEM)等对合成产物进行了表征。实验证明最佳合成工艺为:成核反应时LMA:MMA=7:3,成壳反应时G04:KH-151=8:1(占壳中单体总质量的70%),乳化剂DNS-86:DNS-1035=2:1(用量为单体总质量的1.8%)。经其处理过的棉织物对水接触角能够达到为138.7°,静水压达到2.87 kPa,拒油等级达到4级,表现出良好的拒水拒油效果。In order to improve the water and oil repellent properties of cotton fabrics,core-shell typed fluorinated-silicon containing acrylate emulsion was prepared by soap-free emulsion polymerization with LMA and MMA as core monomers,G04,KH-151 and LMA as shell monomers.The synthesized products were characterized by infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The experimental results showed that the optimum synthetic process was:LMA:MMA=7:3 during the nucleation reaction,G04:KH-151=8:1(70%of the total mass of monomer in the shell part)during the shell part forming reaction,and DNS-86:DNS-1035=2:1(the dosage was 1.8%of the total mass of all monomers).After finished by synthesized product,the water contact angle of treated cotton fabric can reach 138.7°;the hydrostatic pressure was confirmed to be 2.87 kPa;the oil rejection grade was determined to be 4,showing good water and oil repellent properties.
