共溶剂对线形-树枝状嵌段共聚物自组装性能的影响

摘　　要：研究了以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、丙酮和四氢呋喃(THF)为共溶剂,水为选择性溶剂对两亲性线形-树枝状嵌段共聚物——聚[N-(2-羟乙基-L-谷氨酰胺)]-b-树枝状聚酯[bis-MPA-G_n-b-PHEG(n=1,2)]自组装行为的影响,结果表明,bis-MPA-G_n-b-PHEG在三种共溶剂中的临界水含量(CWC)呈现对共溶剂极性和共聚物代数的依赖性;自组装形成的球形纳米胶束尺寸也与共溶剂的极性有关。The effect of N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF),acetone or tetrahydrofuran(THF)as a co-solvent and water as a selective solvent on the self-assembly behavior of amphiphilic linear-dendritic block copolymers poly[N-(2-hydroxyethyl-L-glutamine)]-b-dendritic polyester(bis-MPA-G_n-b-PHEG(n=1,2))based on a linear poly(hydroxyethyl L-glutamine)(PHEG)and an aliphatic polyester of 2,2’-bis(hydroxymethyl)propionic acid were investigated.The results showed that the critical water content(CWC)of the copolymers in DMF,acetone or THF depended on the polarity of the co-solvents and the generation of the linear-dendritic block copolymers.The size of spherical nanomicelles formed by self-assembly was also related to the polarity of the co-solvents.
