Synchronous Phosphate and Fuoride Removal by Biochar-Ca-Al layered Double Oxide Composites

摘  要:将预先制备的钙铝型层状双氢氧化物(Ca-Al-LDH)与生物质炭按质量比1:1混合均匀,并通过管式炉煅烧改性生成一种新型生物质炭复合钙铝型层状氧化物(Ca-Al-LDO-BC500)的吸附剂并用于处理高磷高氟工业废水。当初始磷浓度为100 mg/L,初始氟浓度60 mg/L,固液比2 g/L,pH值为5的条件下Ca-Al-LDO-BC500对磷酸盐的去除率为100%,氟化物去除率在92%以上。且有纯生物质炭材料对照实验可知,其除磷除氟效果有明显增强。反应机理分析可知,Ca-Al-LDO-BC500除磷为物理吸附,除氟以化学吸附为主。The pre-prepared Ca-Al layered double hydroxides(Ca-Al-LDH)and biochar were uniformly mixed in accordance with the mass ratio of 1:1 in this experiment,then Ca-Al-LDO-BC500 was generated after calcination in a tubular furnace as a adsorbent for phosphate and fluoride in industrial wastewater.When the initial phosphate concentration was 100 mg/L,the initial fluorine concentration was 60 mg/L,the solid-liquid ratio was 2 g/L,and the pH value was 5,there was an optimal option for the phosphate and fluoride removal,the removal rates of two pollutants were 100%and over 92%,respectively.Through the contrast experiment between Ca-Al-LDO-BC500 and pure biochar material,the performances of phosphate and fluoride removal were obviously enhanced.According to characterization,the uptake of phosphate was physical adsorption while calcium fluoride was formed as the chemical adsorption for fluoride by Ca-Al-LDO-BC500.
