摘 要:生物处理技术是挥发性有机物VOCs治理热点方法,开发适应工程化应用和企业成本控制需求的高效、低耗、稳定处理装置是关键。针对技术瓶颈问题,开发基于"多室串联+多级喷淋+错流推流"运行方式的多填料卧式生物过滤池,在提升处理效率和运行稳定性的同时减少装置体积,降低处理成本,实现工程化应用。开展多填料卧式生物过滤池治理印刷企业VOCs技术实践,结果表明:VOCs去除率提高约16%~20%,系统净化效果稳定,达到预期开发目标。Biological treatment technology is a hot method for the treatment of volatile organic compounds VOCs,and the development of efficient,low-consumption,and stable treatment devices that meet the needs of engineering applications and enterprise cost control is the key.In view of the technical bottleneck problem,a multi-filler horizontal biological filter tank based on the"multi-chamber series+multi-stage spray+cross-flow push flow"operation mode was developed,which reduced the volume of the device and reduced the processing cost while improving the processing efficiency and operating stability,to achieve engineering applications.The technical practice of treating VOCs in printing enterprises with multi-filler horizontal biological filter tanks was carried out.The results showed that the removal rate of VOCs increased by about 16%~20%,the system purification effect was stable,and the expected development goals were achieved.
