摘  要:蒸汽疏水阀是蒸汽管线上非常重要的节能元件,起到节能减排的作用,本文通过应用分析,指出了传统杠杆浮球式疏水阀存在的不足,主要有阀体进口缺少过滤装置,易在阀体通道内堵塞或结垢;冷凝液不能及时排出,易对阀体内零部件造成腐蚀;密封热蒸汽的阀瓣和阀座设计不合理,易造成密封不严而泄漏的情况发生。本文基于以上分析提出了解决方案,实现充分节能的目的。Steam trap is a very important energy-saving element on steam pipeline,which plays the role of energy saving and emission reduction.The deficiency of the traditional lever float trap was pointed out through application analysis.The main problem is the lack of filter in the valve body inlet,which is easy to block or scale in the valve body passage,and condensate can not be discharged in time,so it is easy to cause corrosion to parts in valve body.The disc and seat design of the sealed hot steam is unreasonable,which can easily lead to the leakage of the seal.Based on the above analysis,a solution to achieve the goal of full energy saving was proposed.
