摘 要:兰州石化公司乙烯厂有两台气相裂解炉,主要以石脑油、丙烷和油田液化气为原料,由于气相通道炉管表面温度升高过快,导致其运行周期偏低、清焦次数频繁,一直是兰州石化乙烯装置长周期运行的瓶颈。此前,一直使用二甲基二硫作为裂解炉结焦抑制剂,但对延长裂解炉周期效果甚微。此次,运用乙烯结焦抑制NS-17A6后,炉管表面温度升高速率减慢,成功延长两台裂解炉周期,降低装置能耗。Petro China Lanzhou Petrochemical Company Ethylene Factory has two gas-phase cracking furnaces,which mainly use naphtha,propane and oil field liquefied gas as raw materials.Due to the rapid increase of the surface temperature of the gas tube,its operating cycle is low and decoking frequently,so it has been the bottleneck of the long-term operation of Lanzhou Petrochemical Ethylene Plant.Previously,DMDS has been used as a cracking furnace coking inhibitor,but it has little effect on extending the cracking furnace cycle.This time,after using ethylene decoking to suppress NS-17 A6,the rate of surface temperature rise of the furnace tube slowed down,and the cycle of two cracking furnaces was successfully extended to reduce the energy consumption of the device.
