摘  要:中国青年群体性隐蔽,从表象上看是隐蔽青年严重化、群体化和社会化的集中体现,是一种反社会和不合社会现象。从本质上来说是隐蔽青年群体在社会变动中多重角色资格建构、解构、重构的外化呈现,是完成社会化人过程中人生态度、生活方式、价值趋向的内在选择。原因主要是家庭存在负能因子、经济带来各种危机和社会衍生负面作用错综交织的结果。目前,这一现象有愈演愈烈之势,如果不引起重视和有效应对,将对单元家庭、文明社会和民族国家带来多重危机。建议通过打破家庭壁垒推动青年进入社会,充分发挥社会力量的集合作用,善用经济手段为青年提供多样式的帮助。The group concealment of Chinese youth is a concentrated expression of the seriousness,groupization and socialization of concealed youth,and it is an anti-social and unsocial phenomenon.In essence,it is the external presentation of the“multi-role”qualification construction,deconstruction,and reconstruction of the hidden youth group in social changes,and the inner choice of life attitudes,lifestyles,and value trends in the process of“socializing people”.There are many reasons for this,but collectively speaking,the main factors are the“negative factors”in the family,the“various crises”brought about by the economy,and the“negative effects”derived from the society.At present,this phenomenon is intensifying.If it is not taken seriously and effectively addressed,it will bring multiple crises to unit families,civilized societies and nation-states.Therefore,it is recommended to promote the solution of problems by breaking family barriers to promote youth groups to enter society bravely,making good use of economic means to provide youth groups with various types of help,strengthening humanistic care,and giving full play to the collective role of social forces.
