摘 要:为筛选防控闽楠叶斑病的高效低毒杀菌剂和植物源抑菌剂,采用含毒介质抑制法,在实验室测定8种化学杀菌剂和12种抑菌植物对闽楠叶斑病病原菌株(小孢拟盘多毛孢ZZ-03菌株)的抑菌效果。结果表明,供试杀菌剂对病原菌丝抑制效果最好的是曹氏甲托、多·锰锌,EC 50值分别为0.115、0.718μg·mL^-1;对分生孢子萌发抑制效果最好的是异菌·氟啶胺、曹氏甲托、多·锰锌,EC 50值分别为2.291、3.419、4.809μg·mL^-1。供试抑菌植物对病原菌丝生长抑制效果显著的是知母,抑制率高达92.52%;对分生孢子萌发抑制效果显著的是黄连和连翘,抑制率超过60%,知母、黄连和连翘对开发闽楠叶斑病新型抑菌剂具有潜在研究价值。Phoebe bournei,one of the national second-class endangered plants,is widely planted in subtropical area of China.For the purpose of screening effective agents for field control of leaf spot caused by Pestalotiopsis microspore ZZ-03 strain,eight chemical fungicides and twelve plant antifungal agents were chosen for indoor testing using the methods of mycelium growth inhibition and conidium germination inhibition.Chemical fungicides testing results indicated that the best inhibitory effect of the fungicides to mycelium growth were thiophanate-methyl and carbendazim-mancozeb with EC50=0.115 and 0.718μg·mL^-1,respectively,while the best inhibitory effect to conidium germination were iprodione-fluazinam,thiophanate-methyl and carbendazim-mancozeb with EC50=2.291,3.419 and 4.809μg·mL^-1 respectively.Plant extracts testing results indicated that the best inhibitory effect of the plant extracts to mycelium growth was Anemarrhena asphodeloides with antifungal rate 92.52%,while the best inhibitory effect to conidium germination were Coptis chinensis and Forsythia suspense,with antifungal rate more than 60%.A.asphodeloides,C.chinensis and F.suspense had potential usage for exploiting new fungicides.
