不同嫁接时间对无患子嫁接苗生长的影响

摘　　要：为揭示嫁接时间对无患子嫁接苗生长的影响,采用1年生无患子实生苗为砧木,以采穗圃优良无性系1 a的结果枝为接穗,开展不同嫁接时间对无患子嫁接苗生长动态的定点跟踪调查分析。结果表明,适当提早嫁接有利于嫁接苗的成活;但嫁接时间推迟后,无患子嫁接苗的生长趋势并未出现明显的改变,整体生长规律基本一致,且无患子嫁接苗的生长性状也并未随着嫁接时间的推移而呈现出较为明显的规律性变化。在整个调查期内,无患子嫁接苗的平均苗高、地径、在落叶前的复叶片数和幼苗萌发侧枝的株数比例均以2月28日、4月16日嫁接苗较高,4月1日和4月30日嫁接的无患子苗均偏低。表明无患子的春季嫁接时间最好选择在2月底—4月中旬期间,若晚于4月中旬,无论是成活率或生长量均受到一定影响,且在3、4月气温不稳定期间应加强苗期管理。In order to reveal the effect of grafting time on the growth dynamics of S.chinensis,the 1-year-old seedlings were used as rootstocks,the 1 a branches from spike of S.chinensis excellent clone were used as the scion,the follow-up survey on the growth dynamics of the grafted seedlings of S.chinensis under different grafting time was carried out.The results showed that appropriate early grafting time is conducive to the survival of grafted seedlings.However,the growth trend of S.chinensis did not show obvious changes after the grafting time was postponed,and the overall growth rules of the different treatments were basically the same.Moreover,the growth traits of the grafted seedlings did not show obvious regular changes with the grafting time.During the whole survey period,the average seedling height,ground diameter,number of multiple leaves before defoliation and number of germination buds of seedlings were higher on February 28 and April 16,respectively.The seedlings that were grafted on the day of April 1 and April 30 were all low.Taken together,this study believes that the grafting time of the S.chinensis is best selected from the end of February to the middle of April.If it is later than mid-April,the survival rate and the growth amount will be affected.At the same time,the seedling period management should be strengthened during the unstable temperature in March and April.
