摘 要:用熔融法制备了R2O-CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2-Fe2O3系花岗岩废渣微晶玻璃。利用差示扫描量热法(DSC)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等研究了晶化温度对微晶玻璃析晶和性能的影响。结果表明:765℃、815℃晶化2h,试样主晶相为透辉石;815℃晶化后试样显微硬度达到最大值为7.67 GPa。865℃晶化2 h,试样主晶相为透辉石和磁赤铁矿。940℃晶化2 h,试样主晶相为磁赤铁矿和闪石,抗弯强度达到最大值为89.48 MPa。R2O-CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2-Fe2O3 system granite wastes glass-ceramics were prepared by melting method.The effect of crystallization temperature on crystallization and properties of glassceramics were studied by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),etc.The results show that the main crystalline phase was diopside when crystallize at 765℃and 815℃for 2 h.After crystallization at 815℃,the microhardness of the sample reached the maximum of 7.67 GPa.The main crystalline phase were diopside and maghemite when crystallize at 865℃for 2 h.The main crystalline phase were richterite and maghemite when crystallize at 940℃for 2 h,and the flexural strength of the sample reached the maximum of 89.48 MPa.
