摘 要:液晶基板玻璃行业发展迅速,高世代基板玻璃的市场需求也越来越大,国内几家基板生产企业也陆续引进高世代液晶基板玻璃自动化生产线,并相继投产。自动化生产线中,根据自身加工世代的需要及产线工艺特点,来选择不同的掰边技术。早期低世代小尺寸基板的掰边技术已经不能满足高世代基板玻璃生产的需要,针对高世代玻璃耳料掰断工艺特点,掰边技术也随之发展。通过系统介绍适用于基板加工领域的剪切式、旋转压断式、抓取压断式掰边技术及其掰断机理和特点,探讨了不同世代基板玻璃所适用的掰断方式,并对基板玻璃的掰断技术予以展望。With the rapid development of LCD substrate glass industry,the market demand of highgeneration substrate glass is also increasing.Several domestic substrate manufacturers have introduced highgeneration LCD substrate glass automatic production lines and put them into production one after another.In the automatic production line,different edge breaking technologies are selected according to the needs of its own processing substitution and production line technological characteristics.The edge breaking technology of the early low generation small size substrates can not meet the needs of the glass production of high generation substrates.The shearing,rotary and grasping edge breaking technologies,as well as their breaking mechanism and characteristics,which are suitable for substrate processing are systematically introduced.
