摘　　要：冷端电气自动化的发展,对配套电气和机械设备的要求逐渐细化。现阶段生产线各种产品的冷端需求专有的辊道参数,需要配置特定的配套电动机。通过对电气设备的分析得出,高效高性能电动机和小辊径辊道更适合未来的玻璃生产,尤其是加装了优化切割系统的生产线,能更好的发挥各自的优势。With the development of cold end electrical automation,the requirements for supporting electrical and mechanical equipment are gradually refined.At the current stage of production line,the cold end of various products requires special roller table parameters,and special matching motors are required.Through the analysis of electrical equipment,it is concluded that high-efficiency and high-performance motors and small diameter roller table are more suitable for the future glass production,especially the production line equipped with an optimized cutting system,which can give full play to their respective advantages.
