摘  要:目的:建立硬式内窥镜的评价体系,研究探索硬式内窥镜的可靠性指标。方法:采用内窥镜故障间隔时间观测样本,建立故障间隔时间分布模型,在拟合内窥镜故障间隔时间的累计分布函数和概率密度分布函数基础上,采用最大似然估计方法对推断的常见分布模型进行估算,使用Anderson-Darling(A-D)检验对各模型进行优选。结果:确立硬式内窥镜故障间隔时间服从威布尔分布,根据模型计算得到该硬式内窥镜的可靠度R(t)、平均故障间隔时间(MTBF)等参数指标,得到其故障分布规律。结论:根据建立的硬式内窥镜评价体系,能够得到硬式内窥镜可靠性各项指标,可为医院及厂商制定预防性维护策略提供参考。Objective: To construct an evaluation system of hard-type endoscope so as to research and explore the reliability indicators of the hard-type endoscope. Methods: Adopted failure interval time of endoscope to observe samples and construct distribution model of failure interval time. And the maximum likelihood estimation was adopted to estimate common distribution model that was deduced based on the accumulatively distribution function and probability density distribution function of fitting failure interval time of endoscope. And Anderson-Darling(A-D) test was used to optimize various models. Results: The established failure interval time of hard-type endoscope obeyed to Weibull distribution. According to the model calculation, the parameter indicators such as the reliability R(t) and mean time between failures(MTBF) and others of the hard-type endoscope were obtained, and the regulation of failure distribution was further obtained. Conclusion: According to the established hard-type endoscope evaluation system, the various indicators of reliability of hard-type endoscope can be obtained, and they can provide references for hospital and manufacturer in formulating preventive maintenance strategy.
