摘　　要：目的:基于健康等级7(HL7)标准协议,设计一套区域医疗设备远程管理系统,为医疗设备远程监测管理提供可靠的数据支持。方法:解析HL7标准协议及其消息解析过程,使用智能硬件BB-Black开发平台挂接ZigBee无线传感节点,接收并解析ZigBee采集的不同设备串口HL7比特流协议数据,通过Boa服务器实现用户的远程访问,最终获取设备运行参数,以Web形式呈现在用户终端。结果:医学工程人员可通过个人电脑(PC)或手机终端完成区域医疗设备的远程监测管理功能,实现不同品牌、不同类型医疗设备的基本运行情况及线上管理功能。结论:区域医疗设备远程管理系统可在一定程度上提高相关管理人员的工作效率,缓解医学工程人员负担,可为医疗设备巡查、预防性维护、质量控制及设备调配或共享提供可靠的数据支撑。Objective: To design a set of remote management system of regional medical equipment based on the health level 7(HL7) standard protocol so as to provide reliable data support for remote monitoring and management of medical equipment. Methods: This article analyzed the HL7 standard protocol and its analysis process, and used the intelligent hardware BB-Black development platform to hook the ZigBee wireless sensor node for receiving and analyzing HL7 bit stream protocol data of the serial port of different equipment. The remote access of users was realized by Boa server, and the operation parameters of equipment were obtained ultimately and were presented for user terminal in the form of Web. Results: The medical engineering technicians can complete the remote monitoring and management function of the regional medical equipment, and the basic operation and online management functions of different brands and different types of medical equipment through the personal computer(PC) or the mobile phone terminal. Conclusion: The remote management system of regional medical equipment can improve the work efficiency of relevant management personnel to a certain extent, and relieve the labor burden of medical engineering technicians, and can provide reliable data support for surveillance test of medical equipment, preventive maintenance, quality control and equipment deployment or sharing.
