摘　　要：目的:构建科学、规范且适用于三级甲等综合性医院手术室护理质量评价的指标体系。方法:以结构-过程-结果的三维质量评价模式为理论基础,对32名手术室相关管理专家运用德尔菲专家咨询法进行4轮电子函询问卷咨询,对手术室护理质量评价指标进行筛选,运用层次分析法确定各指标权重,构建手术室护理质量评价指标体系。结果:经过4轮专家咨询,确定手术室护理质量评价指标体系为3项一级指标、11项二级指标和59项三级指标,且指标的函询问卷专家积极性和权威性较高,专家意见协调程度较好,指标权重分配合理。结论:手术室护理质量评价指标体系具备较高的科学性和可靠性,可为手术室护理管理者进行手术室护理质量评价提供客观和可量化依据。Objective: To construct a set of scientific and standardized index system that was suit to the evaluation of nursing quality in the operating room of the tertiary general hospital in Shanghai. Methods: Based on Donabedian’s three-dimensional quality evaluation model of "structure-process-result", Delphi expert consultation method was used to conduct four rounds of expert consultation for 32 related management experts on operating room by electric letter, and then, the indicators were further screened. The analytic hierarchy process(AHP) was used to determine the weight of each indicator, and to construct evaluation index system of nursing quality of operating room. Results: The results of expert consultation with four rounds indicated that 3 items of evaluation index system of nursing quality in operating room were grade I, and 11 items of that were grade II and 59 items of that were grade III. And the initiative and authority of experts by letter questionnaire were higher, and the coordination degrees of expert opinions were better, and the distribution of index weight was reasonable. Conclusion: The evaluation index system of nursing quality in operating room has higher scientificity and reliability, which can provide objective and quantifiable basis for managers of nursing of operating room so as to implement quality evaluation of nursing in operating room.
