摘  要:目的:对新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)定点收治医院各科室疫情防控期间防护物资管理模式的满意度进行调查,为持续改进疫情期间紧缺物资管理提供依据。方法:采用问卷星对86名医院各科室护士长、涉及防护物资管理的科主任及职能部门负责人进行网上问卷调查,内容为大科护士长担任此职务的满意程度,科室护士长落实相关管理模式、管理决策流程、物资发放模式、不足性短缺现象以及结构性配置不合理满意度等。结果:参与问卷调查86人,回收有效问卷86份,回收调查问卷有效率为100%。86名受调者中的总体满意程度处于较高水平,均值分布在4.35~4.73之间。18名防控高风险科室和68名防控普通科室受调者在各个满意度比较差异均无统计学意义;31~40岁受调者对管理决策流程的满意程度高于41~50岁受调者,差异有统计学意义(F=3.151,P<0.05);中级职称受调者对管理决策流程、物资发放模式的满意度高于高级职称受调者,差异有统计学意义(F=3.135,P<0.05);在科室护士长落实相关防护物资安排、物资管理决策流程、物资发放模式、物资不足性短缺现象以及物资结构性配置不合理的调查上,从事管理年限<5年的受调者满意度高于从事管理年限6~15年的受调者,差异有统计学意义(F=3.561,P<0.05)。结论:医院疫情防护物资管理模式总体满意度处于较高水平,受调者中31~40岁年龄段、中级职称以及从事管理年限较短的中层干部满意度更高。Objective: To investigate the satisfaction of various departments of designated hospital of Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19) for management mode of protective materials during pandemic so as to provide basis for continuously improving the management of shortage materials during pandemic period. Methods: Online questionnaire was adopted to investigate 86 medical personnel included head nurses of various departments, relevant heads of department of involving protective materials and the heads of functional department. The content of this questionnaire contained the satisfaction of head nurses of large-scale departments for this post, and the satisfactions of head nurses of general department for implementing relevant management mode, the process of management decision, the mode of the materials release, the insufficient shortage phenomenon and unreasonable structural configuration. Results: 86 personnel took part in this investigation, and 86 valid questionnaires were collected and the effective rate of receiving questionnaires was 100%. The overall satisfaction of total 86 respondents was at a higher level, and the distribution of mean of satisfaction was from 4.35 to 4.73. There were no significant difference in various satisfactions between 18 respondents of high-risk departments and 68 respondents of general-risk departments. The satisfaction of respondents whose ages were from 31 years old to 40 years old was significantly higher than that of respondents whose ages were from 41 years old to 50 years old for the decision process of management(F=3.151, P<0.05). And the satisfactions of respondents with medium-grade professional title were significantly higher than that of respondents with senior-grade professional title for the process of management decision and the mode of material release(F=3.135, P<0.05), respectively.
