摘　　要：现阶段,随着科技的发展,大数据产生的作用越来越大,同时也有效地带动了社会各行业、各领域的蓬勃发展。这也给教育事业的发展带来了新的机遇,但是机遇往往也伴随着挑战。在当前的大数据背景下,需要有效地推动教育事业的工作管理,同时组建起更加科学的教育管理体系并积极推动教育的改革工作,正确处理改革过程中遇到的相关问题,从根本上保证教育体系的健康化发展。该文针对上述内容做出了详细的说明并进行了分析,以期为教育事业在未来的发展提供助力。At this stage,with the development of science and technology,the role of big data has become more and more important.It has effectively promoted the vigorous development of various industries in the society.This has also brought new opportunities to the development of education,but opportunitiesand challenges often come together.Under the current background ofbig data,it is necessary to effectively promote themanagement of education,and at the same time establish a more scientific educational management system and correctly face the related problems encountered in the reform process,so as to fundamentallyensure the healthy development of the education system.This paper gives a detailed explanation and analysis of the above content,hoping to provide a boost to the future development of education.
