论高校学生党建工作质量提升的优化路径

摘　　要：当前,中国特色社会主义进入新时代。高校的重要使命是培养合格的建设者和可靠的接班人。学生党建工作是高校党建工作的重要组成部分。在新时代,高校学生党建工作要以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,吸纳优秀大学生进入党组织,发挥现有大学生党员的带头作用。当前,高校学生党建工作中存在的一些问题制约了党建工作质量的提高。该文基于新时代高校学生党建工作的现实情况,通过分析存在的问题,提出具体措施,以期为新时期提高高校学生党建工作质量提供参考。At present,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.The important mission of colleges and universities is to train qualified builders and reliable successors.Student Party building is an important part of the Party building work of colleges and universities.In the new era,when carrying out student Party building in colleges and universities,we should uphold Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era,recruit outstanding college students as Party members,and give play to the leading role of the present college student Party members.At present,some problems exist in the student Party building work of colleges and universities,restricting the improvement of the quality of Party building.Based on the reality of the student Party building work of colleges and universities in the new era,this paper analyzes the existing problems and proposes specific measures,with a view to providing reference for improving the quality of the student Party building work of colleges and universities in the new era.
