摘　　要：该文以“00后”大学生的入党动机为研究对象,通过文献研究法、问卷调查法收集样本数据,采用定量与定性研究相结合的方法分析影响“00后”大学生入党动机的因素及其影响程度。同时,探索提出“五维一制”的入党动机教育引导体系,构建入党动机教育标准化与规范化,进一步提高大学生对入党动机教育的关注度、兴趣度、好评度,增强入党动机教育的针对性、实操性、成效性。Taking"post-00s"college students'motivation to join the Party as the research object,this paper collects sample data through the methods of literature research and questionnaire survey,and uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative research to analyze the factors that influencing the motivation of"post-00s"college students to join the Party and their degree of influence.At the same time,it explores and puts forward the"five dimensions and one system"of the education and guidance system for the motivation to join the Party,and constructs the standardization and normalization of the motivation to join the Party,so as to further increase the degree of attention,interest,and praise of college students in the education on the motivation to join the Party,and increase the pertinence,practicality and effectiveness of the education on the motivation to join the Party.
