安徽省实验动物使用和生产单位管理现状调查和分析

摘　　要：目的:对安徽省内的实验动物使用和生产单位的日常管理现状进行调查。方法:通过用文献研究法和专家访谈法设计调查表,对我省43家使用和生产单位的管理现状进行实地和电话调查研究。结果:实验动物使用和生产单位总体机构管理制度较为健全,但仍有部分单位管理记录不健全,包括:4.7%管理会议实施记录、11.6%人员培训记录、9.3%人员体检记录、18.6%人员教育记录、6.9%实验动物管理记录、9.3%实验物品使用记录、16.3%设施维护情况、13.9%废弃物处理情况和4.6%实验动物实验情况。结论:我省实验动物使用和生产单位的日常管理制度总体较好,但部分单位须进一步加强各项记录规范和健全。Objective:To investigate the current situation of the daily management of laboratory animal application and production units in Anhui Province.Method:By using the literature research method and the expert interview method,a questionnaire was designed to carry out field and telephone investigation and research on the current situation of the management of 43 units applying and producing laboratory animals in Anhui Province.Result:The management systems of the laboratory animal application and production units were relatively sound.However,there were some units that couldn't submit complete management records,including:4.7%management meeting implementation records,11.6%personnel training records,9.3%personnel medical records,18.6%personnel education records,6.9%laboratory animal management records,9.3%laboratory article use records,16.3%facility maintenance,13.9%waste disposal,and 4.6%laboratory animal experiment.Conclusion:The daily management system of laboratory animal application and production units in our province is generally good,but some units need to further strengthen the standardization and improvement of various records.
