摘 要:继电保护大修技改后,均需对保护用CT极性及二次回路接线进行检验,其传统的检验方法为一次通流法,但其存在以下问题:工作在稳态模式下,只能校验多个CT之间的极性的相互关系,无法判断单个CT的极性的正确性。鉴于此,文中提出了一种极性检测方案设计,对500 kV变电站内500 kV电压等级的电流互感器二次侧极性进行分析,将一次侧的激励电源与二次侧的手持终端分离开,从而使极性的检测效果免受检测距离因素的影响,并对二次侧手持终端上的信号采集系统进行了调整,使其能够在现场众多的复杂环境下顺利完成数据采集工作,极大地缩减了设备检修时间并有效保护操作人员的人身安全。通过在现场开展极性测试分析试验,验证了检测技术的可行性及有效性,现场试验结果表明该检测系统能够准确反映极性错误,且与理论分析的结果吻合。After the technical protection of relay protection overhaul,it is necessary to test the CT polarity and secondary circuit wiring for protection.The traditional inspection method is a one-pass method,which has the following problems:only the relationship between the polarities of multiple CTs can be checked,and the correctness of the polarity of a single CT cannot be judged in the steady state mode.On this basis,this paper analyzes the polarity of the secondary side of 500 kV current transformer in 500 kV substation and proposes the plan design solution,which separates the primary side excitation power supply from the secondary side handheld terminal,so that the polarity detection effect is protected from the detection distance factor and the secondary side.The signal acquisition system on the handheld terminal has been adjusted to enable it to successfully complete data collection in a variety of complex environments,thus greatly reducing equipment maintenance time and effectively protecting the personal safety of operators.The feasibility and effectiveness of the detection technology were verified by conducting polar test analysis experiments on site.The field test results show that the detection system can accurately reflect the polarity error and is consistent with the theoretical analysis.
