摘 要:电能表的可靠度评价是电能表质量的重要评判标准。针对当前国网用电信息采集系统中电能表可靠度评价模式比较简单、不够准确的问题,文章基于威尔布分布,结合电能表的可靠度理论,实现对实际运行电能表的批次可靠度评价。利用实际运行中电能表的批次运行数据,计算电能表不可靠度,采用最小二乘法回归计算中间参数,并确定威布尔分布的尺度参数和形状参数,实现对整个批次电能表可靠度的预测。该方法在电能表可靠度计算理论的基础上,成功实现了威布尔分布理论在电能表评价中的实际应用,突破了传统方法采用实验室加速试验数据的局限性,并实现了模型的动态修正,在电能表轮换工作中具备较高的应用价值。The reliability evaluation of electricity meters have become an important criterion for the quality of electricity meters.Currently,the reliability evaluation mode of electricity meter in the electricity information acquisition system of State Grid Corporation of China is relatively simple and inaccurate.Based on the Weibull distribution and the reliability theory of the electricity meter,the paper realized the reliability evaluation of the actual running meters in batches.Firstly,the operation data of electricity meter in actual operation is utilized to calculate the failure rate of the electricity meter.The least square regression method is used to calculate the intermediate parameters,and the scale and shape parameters of Weibull distribution are determined to realize the prediction of the whole batch of electricity meters.On the basis of the reliability calculation theory of electricity meters,this method has successfully realized the application of Weibull distribution theory in electricity meter evaluation and broken through the limitation of the traditional method using laboratory accelerated test data.The dynamic modification of the model is realized through applying all the operational data of batch electricity meters in actual operation.This method has high application value in the rotation of the electricity meters.
