制鞋废料层状燃烧的数值模拟研究

摘　　要：文中对制鞋废料在某移动床上的层状燃烧过程进行数值模拟,获得了燃料在床层上的温度分布以及所生成烟气中各组分的浓度变化规律。结果表明,制鞋废料的层状燃烧过程可分为预热段、剧烈燃烧段以及燃烬段。同时,针对各不同燃烧阶段特点,提出了相应的供风策略。In this paper,the grate-firing process of shoemaking wastes on a moving bed was simulated,the temperature distribution of fuels on the bed and the rule for the concentration changes of each component in the flue gases were obtained.The results show that the grate-firing process of shoemaking wastes can be divided into preheating period,intense combustion period and burnout period.Furthermore,according to the characteristics of different combustion stages,corresponding air supply strategies were proposed.
