摘 要:纺丝油剂是在化纤生产中必不可少的纺织助剂,使合成纤维具有更好的加工性能。但是在纺丝过程中使用油剂会产生含油废水,具有高COD、可生化性差等特点,给厂区废水处理带来较大困难。该文介绍了生物法、膜法、化学法等处理油剂废水的典型方法及几种联合工艺,分析了工艺的原理和处理效果。最后对纺丝油剂废水处理技术的发展方向进行了展望。Spinning oil is an indispensable textile auxiliar y in the production of chemical f iber,it of fers better processing performance.However,the use of oil in the spinning process will produce oily wastewater,which has the characteristics of high COD and poor biodegradability,which brings great diff iculties to the treatment of factor y wastewater.Typical methods for treating oily wastewater such as biological method,membrane method,chemical method are introduced,as well as several combined processes,the principles and treatment effects of the processes are analyzed.Finally,the development di rection of spinning oil wastewater treatment technology was prospected.
