摘　　要：暗挖电力隧道第三方监测费用在工程概算投资比重中不断增加,初设概算计列相关费用时还没有形成统一的标准,这对于概算编制质量、技经评审尺度、造价管理会造成不利影响。文章主要从监测费用作为出发点统计分析第三方监测的项目组成、影响因素、计价依据、布点原则、监测周期和频率,结合相关标准、规程、监管要求,固化一些常用方案和造价模块,达到造价合理可控的目的。The third-party monitoring cost of underground excavation power tunnel is increasing in the proportion of project budget investment,and the standard when the initial budget estimate is included in the related expenses,which will have a certain adverse effect on the quality of budget preparation quality,the scale of technical and economic evaluation,cost management.Starting from the monitoring cost,the article mainly analyzes the project composition,influencing factors,valuation basis,layout principle,monitoring period and frequency of the third-party monitoring,and solidifies some common schemes and cost modules in combination with the relevant standards,regulations and regulatory requirements to achieve the goal of reasonable and controllable cost.
