摘　　要：本文对房屋建筑地基基础施工及应用方法做出了探讨,对地基基础施工的特点、影响因素、现代房屋建筑地基基础施工的应用方法和优化方式等内容进行了讨论,目的在于提高读者对房屋建筑地基基础施工技术的认识,为我国地基基础施工技术的优化和改进提供一定的借鉴价值,以供参考。This article explores the construction and application methods of building foundation,and discusses the characteristics of foundation construction,influencing factors,application methods and optimization methods of modern house construction foundation construction.The purpose is to improve readers'understanding of house construction of foundation construction technology and provide a certain reference value for the optimization and improvement of foundation construction technology in China.
