摘  要:建立了一种高效液相色谱法,测定了1,4-二羟基-2-萘甲酸苯酯中的6个有关物质,对色谱条件和抗氧化剂种类进行了筛选。采用InertSustain C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),以乙腈为流动相A,以0.1%磷酸水溶液(pH 4.65)为流动相B,检测波长为215 nm,流速为1 mL·min^-1,进行线性梯度洗脱。1,4-二羟基-2-萘甲酸苯酯及6个有关物质的浓度与峰面积均在0.5~10.0μg·mL^-1的范围内呈良好的线性关系,6个有关物质的回收率为96.8%~103.5%,RSD为1.2%~5.2%。此方法简单快捷、准确、灵敏度高,可用于1,4-二羟基-2-萘甲酸苯酯有关物质的检测。A high performance liquid chromatography method was developed for the determination of six related substances in 1,4-dihydroxy-2-naphthoic acid phenyl ester,and the chromatographic conditions and the types of antioxidants were screened.Linear gradient elution was completed by using InertSustain C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),acetonitrile as mobile phase A,0.1%phosphoric acid solu-tion(pH 4.65)as mobile phase B,detection wavelength at 215 nm,flow rateof 1mL·min^-1.The con-centration of 1,4-dihydroxy-2-naphthalate and 6 related substances showed good linear relationship with peak area in the range of 0.5 to 10.0μg·mL^-1;the recoveries of the six related substances were 96.8%~103.5%,RSD was 1.2%~5.2%.This method is simple,rapid,accurate and sensitive,and can be used for the detection of related substances in 1,4-dihydroxy-2-naphthoic acid phenyl ester.
