新法接生技术在限制性会阴侧切及降低分娩出血中的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨新法接生技术在限制性会阴侧切及降低分娩出血中的应用效果。方法选取昆明市妇幼保健院2017年10月至2018年10月收治的产妇200例,按照随机数字表法分组,对照组(n=100)采用传统接生术,观察组(n=100)采用新法接生技术。比较两组产后出血量、顺产率、会阴侧切率、切口感染率以及新生儿情况。结果观察组产后出血量、会阴侧切率以及切口感染率明显低于对照组,顺产率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组新生儿情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论新法接生技术在限制性会阴侧切及降低分娩出血中具有较好的应用效果,可有效降低会阴侧切率以及切口感染率。Objective To explore the application effect of new delivery technique in restrictive lateral perineal excision and reduction of bleeding during delivery.Methods Totally 200 parturients admitted to Kunming Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were randomLy divided into 2 groups.The control group(n=100)was treated with traditional delivery technique,and the observation group(n=100)was treated with new delivery technique.The amount of postpartum hemorrhage,the rate of spontaneous delivery,the rate of perineal incision,the infection rate of incision and the situation of newborn were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of postpartum hemorrhage,the rate of lateral perineal incision and the rate of incision infection in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the rate of spontaneous delivery was higher than that in the control group(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the neonatal condition between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The new delivery technique has a good application effect in restrictive lateral perineal excision and reduction of bleeding during delivery.It can effectively reduce the rate of lateral perineal excision and incision infection.
