厄贝沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗高血压病的疗效及服药依从性研究

摘　　要：目的研究厄贝沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗高血压病的临床效果及服药依从性。方法选取2016年10月至2018年11月齐齐哈尔市急救中心收治的高血压患者200例,随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组100例。对照组应用厄贝沙坦进行治疗,观察组应用厄贝沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、服药依从性和不良反应发生率。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者服药依从性的优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗高血压病效果显著,患者服药依从性良好,不良反应发生率低。Objective To study the clinical effect and medication compliance of irbesartan combined with metoprolol in the treatment of hypertension.Methods From October 2016 to November 2018,200 patients with hypertension admitted to Qiqihar city emergency center hospital were randomLy divided into the control group and the observation group,100 cases at each group.The patients in the control group were treated with irbesartan.These in the observation group were treated with irbesartan and metoprolol.The total effective rate of treatment,the patient's medication compliance,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The excellent rate of medication adherence in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Irbesartan combined with metoprolol has a significant effect on hypertension,with good medication compliance and low incidence of adverse reactions.
