摘　　要：圆珠笔头的质量检验项目多,且加工机床的集成度高,笔头质量与机床参数设置和圆珠笔头材料状态均有关联。本文从圆珠笔头材料入手,分析不同工艺生产的钢丝对圆珠笔头质量的影响,获得了合理的圆珠笔头用钢丝的加工工艺。The inspection items of ball pen tip are complicated,the integration of processing machine is high,and the quality of the pen tip is related to the machine tool parameter settings and the state of the material of the ball pen tip.This article starts with the material of the ballpoint pen,analyzes the effect of the steel wire produced by different processes on the quality of the ball pen tip,and obtains a reasonable processing technology of the wire for the ball pen tip.
