摘　　要：通过对右玉沙棘雌株根蘖苗无性系实施异地保存,利用聚类分析法将其划分为5类进行综合评价,结果表明:第3类生长最好,但其结实性状表现差,可初步筛选为生态型优良无性系;第4类生长及结实性状表现较优于第1、2、5类,可将其作为下一步选优的重点观察对象;第5类的生长同第1类基本一致,并且比第2类表现好,但其结实性状表现优于第1、2类,可将其作为下一步选优的一般观察对象;第1、2类生长及结实性状表现均差于其他3类,下一步可作为沙棘资源保存的对象,不适合作为下一步选优的材料。The female root and tiller clones of Hippophae rhamnoides in Youyu County were preserved in different places,and they were divided into five categories by cluster analysis method for comprehensive evaluation.Category three had the best growth performance,but its fruiting characteristics were poor and could be selected initially.It is regarded as an excellent ecological clone,and its traits will be further observed;type four growth performance and fruit setting traits are better than type one,two,and five,which can be used as the key observation object for the next selection;the growth performance of the first category is basically the same as that of the first category,and it performs better than the second category,but its fruit setting characteristics are better than those of the first and second categories,which can be used as the general observation object for the next step;the first and second categories of growth The performance and fruiting traits are worse than the other three types.The next step can be used as the object of Hippophae rhamnoides resource preservation,but it is not suitable as the observation object for the next step.
