摘 要:通过对某SGT5-4000F(4+)型燃气轮机启动过程中出现热悬挂的过程进行描述,对包括SFC出力降低、燃料阀供应异常、IGV角度异常、压气机效率降低等可能存在的原因进行了分析。对照现场实际情况,经现场排查、运行参数分析,确定其是由压气机运行效率降低导致。通过制订多项措施,成功地避免了机组再次出现热悬挂,缩短了机组顺利启动并网的时间,节约了机组启动成本,对同类型机组具有较高的参考和借鉴意义。Based on the description of the process of the hot suspension during the start of the SGT5-4000F(4+)gas turbine,this paper analyzes possible causes of such problems as the reduction of the SFC output,the supply abnormality of the fuel valve,the abnormality of the IGV angle,the efficiency reduction of the compressor and so on.According to actual on-the-spot situation,by means of on-site investigation and the analysis of operating parameters,the reduction of the operating efficiency of the compressor has been determined as the cause.Several measures have been implemented to prevent the hot suspension from happening again,shorten the time of the start and grid-connection for the unit and reduce its start cost,which can provide reference for similar units.
