摘　　要：分析企业应做好落实企业主体责任、建立完善的制度、扎实开展安全管理教育等方面的工作,从而确保企业生产经营的安全。同时结合笔者所在公司的实际情况,依据所在公司安全生产管理工作中所做出的成效,努力探索企业安全生产管理的可行性措施,从而进一步保障企业生产安全。Power enterprises should fulfil their main responsibility,establish a perfect system and implement safety management education,to ensure the safety of production and operation.Based on the actual situation of the author's company as well as the achievements in the management of production safety,this paper explores feasible measures to further guarantee the production safety of power enterprises.
