农村地籍与房屋调查技术方法研究——以江西省万安县为例

摘　　要：为了加快推进农村地籍和房屋调查工作,本文以江西省万安县为例,充分利用成熟的RS、GIS、数据库、互联网、视频和计算机等多元化信息化技术,对农村地籍和房屋调查的相关技术方法进行研究探讨。通过基于多元信息化技术改进的技术流程和方法,增强了权利人的获得感和积极性,有效提升成果覆盖率,加快了万安县农村地籍和房屋调查工作进程,提升了工作效率和成果质量。In order to accelerate the rural cadastral and house survey work,this article takes Wanan County,Jiangxi Province as an example,making full use of mature RS,GIS,database,Internet,video and computer and other diversified information technology to investigate rural cadastral and house survey.Research and discussion of related technical methods.Through improved technological processes and methods based on multi-information technology,the rights holders’sense of acquisition and enthusiasm have been enhanced,the coverage of results has been effectively improved,the process of rural cadastral and housing surveys in Wan’an County has been accelerated,and work efficiency and quality of results have been improved.
