摘 要:为了解决困扰选煤行业因细粒煤泥增加而制约选煤生产的难题,利用新型高频叠筛对磁选尾矿、原生煤泥以及浓缩机底流等进行截粗、脱泥、降灰等一体化分选,完成粗煤泥的回收和降灰,使得产率明显增加,质量提高,同时有利于节能减排及环境治理,从而有助于煤炭企业经济效益的提升。In order to solve the problem that restricts the coal preparation production due to the increase of fine coal slime in coal preparation industry,a new type of high-frequency stacking screen is used to separate the magnetic separation tailing,primary coal slime and the underflow of thickening machine into coarse,slugging and ash reduction to complete the recovery and ash reduction of coarse coal slime,so as to significantly increase the yield and improve the quality.It is conducive to energy conservation,emission reduction and environmental governance,so as to promote the economic benefits of coal enterprises.
