摘 要:为了避免矿用工程车悬架中的钢板弹簧过载时易反向弯曲或者断裂的弊端,设计了一种带有限位保护的车用减振板簧机构。该机构主要由固定端支座、板簧销轴、钢板弹簧、限位保护装置、活动端支座、半圆压块、板簧压板、U形螺栓组件、驱动桥组成。该机构中的限位保护装置可以限定钢板弹簧的变形行程,经过测试,该设计达到了预期目标。车辆通过配置这套带有限位保护的车用减振板簧机构,可以大大提高悬架系统的安全性。In order to avoid the reverse bending or fracture of the leaf spring in the suspension of mining engineering vehicle when it is overloaded, a damping leaf spring mechanism with limit protection is designed in this paper. The mechanism is mainly composed of fixed end support, leaf spring pin shaft, leaf spring, limit protection device, movable end support, semicircle pressing block, leaf spring pressing plate, U-bolt assembly and drive axle. The limit protection device in the mechanism can limit the deformation stroke of leaf spring. The design has been tested and achieved the expected goal. The safety of vehicle suspension system can be greatly improved by the configuration of this set of damping leaf spring mechanism with limit protection.
