摘  要:以汽车发动机怠速不稳案例为故障诊断过程为导向,细化作业流程,规范思维和操作过程,对必要的理论知识和关键技能都进行详细的解释,真正将技能竞赛的要求和日常的教学活动有机结合起来。通过大量的验证性试验总结原车的结构特点和控制逻辑,并基于此制定了规范的诊断流程,同时还注重吸收了发达国家先进的职教理念和方法。This paper takes the case of automobile engine idling instability as the fault diagnosis process as the guide, refines the work flow, standardizes the thinking and operation process, and explains the necessary theoretical knowledge and key skills in detail, thus really combining the requirements of skill competition with daily teaching activities. Through a large number of confirmatory tests, this paper summarizes the structural characteristics and control logic of the original car, and formulates a standardized diagnosis process based on this. At the same time, it also pays attention to absorbing the advanced vocational education concepts and methods of developed countries.
