水利工程施工管理的创新对策

摘　　要：水利工程是关系到国计民生的重要项目,其施工质量要求非常高,为此加强施工过程中的管理工作非常重要。在文章中,将对水利工程施工管理特点进行分析,总结当前水利工程施工管理中注意的问题,并且提出施工管理创新对策,以此提高水利工程施工管理水平。Water conservancy project is an important project related to the national economy and people’s livelihood, and requirements for its construction quality are very high, so it is very important to strengthen the management in the construction process. In this paper, the characteristics of construction management of water conservancy project will be analyzed, the problems needing attention in the current construction management of water conservancy project will be summarized, and innovative countermeasures of construction management will be put forward, in order to improve the level of construction management of water conservancy project.
