摘  要:铌镁酸铅(PMN)基陶瓷具有很高的介电常数、压电系数、热释电系数、高电致伸缩系数以及相对较低的烧结温度,可用于制备压电陶瓷、多层电容器陶瓷以及性能不同的电致伸缩陶瓷等。本文利用水热法制备铌镁酸铅粉末,以PbO、Mg O和Nb2O5为原料,按化学计量比Pb:Mg:Nb=3:2:1加入高压反应釜,并加入KOH作为矿化剂,研究在不同的反应温度和不同浓度KOH下得到的粉末的物相分析,用X射线对铌镁酸铅陶瓷进行衍射,对其常压和高压下的晶体结构进行表征和分析;用扫描电镜来观测铌镁酸铅陶瓷的形貌及晶粒尺寸。结果表明:用水热法得到了纯的钙钛矿结构PMN粉体;在SEM图中观察到PMN粉体中晶粒呈长方体棒状形;在4.1GPa压力范围内,PMN的晶体结构不变。lead magnesium niobate(PMN)-based ceramics have high dielectric constant,piezoelectric coefficient,pyroelectric coefficient,high electrostrictive coefficient and relatively low sintering temperature.It can be used to prepare piezoelectric ceramics,multi-layer capacitor ceramics and electrostrictive ceramics with different properties.In this paper,lead magnesium niobate powder was prepared by hydrothermal method.PbO,Mg O and Nb2 O5 were used as raw materials,Pb:Mg:Nb=3:2:1 was added to autoclave according to stoichiometric ratio,and KOH was added as mineralizer.The phase analysis of the powder obtained at different reaction temperature and different concentration of KOH was studied.The lead magnesium niobate ceramics were diffracted by X-ray,and the crystal structure of lead magnesium niobate ceramics at atmospheric pressure and high pressure was characterized and analyzed.The morphology and grain size of lead magnesium niobate ceramics were observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results show that the pure perovskite PMN powder is obtained by hydrothermal method,the grain size of PMN powder is cuboid in SEM diagram,and the crystal structure of PMN is unchanged in the range of 4.1 GPa pressure.
