摘  要:煤气发生炉技术适应了我国"多煤少气贫油"的能源资源实际,为我国能源安全和工业发展做出了巨大贡献。然而,电解铝、冶金和建筑陶瓷行业作为我国煤气发生炉使用较为集中的行业,煤制气过程造成的环境污染问题引起生态环境管理部门和煤气站设施周边群众的关注。本研究结合资料调研和现场调研,收集了建筑陶瓷行业煤气发生炉信息,分析其产排污环节和造成的主要污染问题,梳理并凝练提出污染防治技术和环境管理措施方面的政策建议,为深入推进陶瓷工业大气污染防治攻坚战提供决策支持,对进一步削减陶瓷工业大气污染物排放、改善大气环境质量具有显著的社会效益与环境效益。Coal gasifier technology has been played an important role of energy security and industrial development for China,whose energy resource structure is typically rich in coalbut poor in oil&gas.However,pollution from gasifier station in such sectors as the electrolytic aluminum,iron&steel and ceramic tile who are mostly dependent on coal gasifier gas,has been drawn concerns from environmental authorities and residents nearby.The research focuses on the ceramic tile sector gasifier station pollution prevention and control.Based on the data collected from filed survey and literature study,pollutants source and types are analyzed,the feasible technologies and measures are screened out,policy suggestions on pollution prevention technology and environmental management measures are also proposed.
