摘  要:设计了一种新型的液压升降台-垂直油缸剪式液压升降台。与原有的卧式(倾斜或水平)油缸剪式液压升降台相比,新型液压升降台受力合理,所需功率小,升降行程大,运行平稳、安全。科学、合理地确定液压缸的有效行程及其它运动参数,是剪式液压升降台设计的关键。虽然该升降台的结构并不复杂,但各构件的运动参数之间却相互关联、错综复杂,各参数值的确定并不容易。通过对垂直缸剪式液压升降台的工作原理和运动进行分析,推导出了满足液压升降台升降的相关参数的关系式;通过分析和比较,得出了铰架夹角的取值范围、油缸的有效行程及有关运动参数的取值规律;提出了该种液压升降台设计计算的步骤和相关参数值的确定方法。为该种新型剪式液压升降台的科学设计提供了可靠的理论依据。This paper states a new type of hydraulic lifting platform-the scissor lifting platform with vertical oil cylinder.Compared with the existing horizontal(inclined or horizontal)oil cylinder scissor hydraulic lifting platform,it has reasonable force,small power,large lifting stroke,stable and safe operation.The key to the design of the scissor hydraulic lifting platform is to scientifically and rationally determine the etTective stroke and other motion parameters of the hydraulic cylinder.The structure of the lifting platform is not complicated,but the motion parameters of each component are interrelated and complicated,so it is not easy to determine the value of each parameter.In this paper,through analyzing the working principle and motion analysis of the scissor lifting platform with vertical oil cylinder,the relationship between the relevant parameters of the lifting platform is derived.Through analysis and comparison,the experiment calculated the value range of the angle of the hinge,the effective stroke of the cylinder and the value of the relevant motion parameters.The design calculation steps and related parameter value determination methods are proposed to provide a reliable theoretical basis for the scientific design of this new type of scissor hydraulic lifting platform.
