智能经济形态的理性认知

摘　　要：人类社会的经济形态从工业经济转型为智能经济,相应的工业经济理论转变为智能经济理论。在这一过程中先后出现了知识经济、智能经济、数字经济三种主要经济形态,智能经济与数字经济正呈现迅猛发展之势。由于这种转型具有周期短、覆盖广、影响大的特征,在这一过程中所产生的经济理论相对于经济事实存在一定的滞后性。经济学家Joel Sobel无奈地说,“当前经济学中最有趣的研究是计算机科学家完成的,因为计算机科学家有场景、有平台并能真正通过实验验证理论”。这一论断尽管有失客观公正,但也的确反映出当代经济学可能存在的问题。基于此,我们需要顺应经济演进趋势,分析转型时期的经济思想,力求对智能经济规律性认知,尝试构建与智能经济相适应新经济理论。Stepping into the threshold of intelligent society,the economic form of human society has transformed from industrial economy to intelligent economy,and the corresponding industrial economical theory has changed into intelligent economical theory.In the process of this transformation,there have been three economic forms:knowledge economy,intelligent economy and digital economy.Now the latter two are developing rapidly.Due to the characteristics of short cycle,wide coverage and great influence of this transformation,the economic theory produced in this process often lags behind the economic facts.Just as Joel Sobel says,"The most interesting research in economics at present is completed by computer scientists,because computer scientists have scenes,platforms and can really verify theories through experiments".Although this conclusion is not objective and fair enough,it does reflect the problem that may exist in contemporary economics.Based on this reality,this paper conforms to the trend of economic evolution,through the analysis of the economic point of view in the period of transformation,strives to put forward some regular understanding of the intelligent economy,and tries to build a new system of economic theory suitable for the intelligent economy.
