摘  要:汉语国际教育本科专业下的复合型多语拔尖人才培养是高校教育改革的一种试验。本文分析介绍了北京外国语大学复合型多语汉语国际教育拔尖人才培养计划的相关内容,该计划采取"专业优先,英语把关""综合评价,公平公开""动态管理,建立退出机制"的选拔模式和选拔机制,以及"英语+法语/俄语/西班牙语/阿拉伯语+专业"的课程设置和"小班授课+导师制"的培养方式,旨在使汉语国际教育本科专业成为一个专注于培养复合型、国际型人才的专业,使所培养的学生能真正拥有"中国情怀、世界眼光"。The cultivation of multilingual and compound undergraduate talents majoring in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages (TCSOL) is an experiment for college education reform.This article analyzes and introduces the relevant content of the cultivation program of multilingual and compound talents majoring in TCSOL of Beijing Foreign Studies University.This program adopts the mode of selecting students with excellent Chinese and qualified English.A comprehensive evaluation system with fairness and openness is applied in the selection process.The mechanism also employs a dynamic management and withdrawal system.In addition,it adopts the curriculum mode of "English +French/Russian/Spanish/Arabic + Chinese" and the cultivation mode of "small-sized classes + tutorial system".The purpose of the program is to promote the development of the undergraduate major of TCSOL into a major focusing on the cultivation of compound and international talents with the "Chinese root" and "international horizon".
